Here, if you ask for water in, say, a restaurant, I'm pretty sure it's tap water (I work in a restaurant and the water comes from a little spout in the soda machine). You have to ASK if you want bottled water, which is actually a little weird since bottled is so popular.Vanessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12173369530050037666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5074000254394034861.post-44121017420191870612010-03-25T10:53:31.447-04:002010-03-25T10:53:31.447-04:00Thank God I live in a city where tap water is bett...Thank God I live in a city where tap water is better than most of the bottled ones. Hey, Madrid visitors can drink tap water knowing it´s the best in Spain and was actually used by a bottled water company to sell!I only buy them if I can´t acess tap water or in places where drinking it is like drowning in the sea, as the southern part of Formentera island.<br />Oh, and most places in Madrid let you ask for a glass of water. If you say only "water", they´ll bring bottled, if you say "a glass of water", it´ll be tap. You can totally say it here. Although there are a few places that won´t give you one(most of them clubs), fortunately that´s the unusual. Totally agree with this video.Leticianoreply@blogger.com
