Love 365: Day 227 - 233

I love that I have too many stuffed animals for a person my age.

I love that I am agnostic.

I love that I mostly know how to use a computer effectively without a mouse. Of course, I was forced to learn this when my laptop mouse broke, but it's a useful little skill that I can keep in the back of mind if anything goes wrong again.

I love my black nail polish that I have managed to keep on for nearly a week now. This is a first for wearing an unusual color and keeping it on for more than ten minutes.

I love that I am actually excited for classes even though they aren't all what I'd ideally like to be taking (does anyone want to take contemporary literary theory?)

I love how social I was on the first day back at Clark. I saw almost everyone I'd wanted to see rather than hanging around in my room like the introvert I sometimes tend to be.

I love that I finally bought a Wii! I was strangely apprehensive about purchasing one as a former child who wasn't allowed to play video games, but I got over it and did it. Because it's my life and I wanna play Brawl, dammit.

I love how terrible I am at cool handshakes.

I love my sense of honor.

I love my relationship with my father and how strong it is. I love you, Dad!

I love my freckles that come out in the sun.

I wasn't allowed to play video games as a child either! Glad to know I wasn't the only one who didn't spend their childhood staring at a video game screen. Although, just like you, I made up for lost time when I got my Wii (I do love playing tennis)! :)

Thank you for doing this. I just recently discovered your blog, and so much of your rants and everything feels like it could have come from my own head! I just started doing your Love 365 thing in my LJ, and I'm amazed that I've actually come up with more positive things in my head than I was ready to list. :D

wizardsinwinter: Oh, wow, thank you so much for letting me know about this! It's going to sound corny, but I truly find it really inspiring that you've picked this up for yourself. It's exactly what I've wanted to happen by doing this. You rule!
