Yeah her dye job is totally wacky! I feel like it *could* have been cool if maybe she just dusted dye on the tips or something, but that huge block of black is jarring.
Hahahaha, yeah...her hair is messed up! But that dress is so gorgeous! And the picture below is SO gross... I thought they were men's feet!!
