Love 365: Day Fifty-One - Fifty-Seven

I love my small feet. I'm sure I take for granted how easy shoe shopping is for a size 6 or 7.

I love that I am not afraid of who I am sexually, even though I was encouraged to be much more conservative when I was younger.

I love the way my voice sounds in my head. Is this a cop-out? I'm not sure I love how it sounds in real life yet, but maybe someday that'll be on this list, too.

I love that I'm not afraid to use big words-- and I know what they mean when I do.

I love how my hair looks when it's super messy.

I love that I can't draw to save my life. I wish I could, sure, but I really do think my terrible art is hilarious.

I love myself for doing something that I was afraid to do today.

I love my nose bump. I've had more than one person assume that I hate it, or I want to get it "fixed" someday, but I don't. Not one bit at all. I love how it's different and it gives my face extra character.

I love my super pale skin. I always hated how my body refuses to hold a tan, but now I love how photos show that I'm basically whiter than everyone else. Even people who think they're super pale!

I love the way I "ruin" things with my sarcasm or my off-the-cuff literalness. Most of the time I don't even realize I do it until the person next to me snorts with laughter through their cherry cola. I just call things how I see them, usually before my brain realizes what is coming out of my mouth. Sometimes this can be quite annoying, but it gives me an oceanful of funny stories to draw from, and I'll hear stories later from people I don't even know of how I made their day just by making a smart-alec remark.
